I just wanted to share with you that our 2024 Camp Lifetimes sign up is now live!
Camp Lifetimes is open to any child from kindergarten through 5th grade who has experienced the death of someone significant in their life.
The goal for camp this year is to help participants build confidence, trust, and communication, by providing them with an equine assisted grief bonding experience. Camp will start and end at Lory’s Place, while also spending time at Forest Meadow Ranch in Berrien Springs.

We are hoping we can go ice skating this week! The weather sounds like it is turning quite warm this week. On Wednesday: Raak/Stibal/Folkert/Butler/French/Sheppard are skating. On Thursday: Tonneberger, Nienhuis, Singer, Hood, Lurie are going.
We also have Count Day this Wednesday(2/7/24).

Welcome back to school! We are excited to get students back in the building. A couple of reminders:
1. We have a full week this week
2. Elementary boys basketball practice starts-keep up with homework
3. Next week is the end of the 2nd MP with 1/2 days on Thursday and Friday
4. No school next Monday, January 15 in recognition of MLK Day
YDC, our K-5 after school program, is having a friendly competition with other after school programs to see who can make the better Holiday Display. On the south side of North Shore Elementary, you can see the display made by YDC South Haven. Please vote using the QR code below!
Sign-ups for Little Rams Boys Youth Basketball Program will be Thursday (12/14) from 4:30-6:30 pm, and Monday (12/18) from 5:00-6:00 pm in the high school cafeteria.
The program is available to boys in Kindergarten thru 5th grade. The cost is $50.00 per player, cash or check only. Checks should be made out to South Haven Athletics. Any questions can be directed to rhagerty@shps.org
Practice will begin the week of January 8. There will be five scheduled game weeks, with games running on Saturday at Baseline Middle School.
We will need volunteer coaches. Volunteers should know the basics of coaching basketball and will be subject to a background check. Please let us know if you are willing to coach when you come in to sign up your player.
